It is very important that you contact me if you are experiencing any financial difficulties regarding paying your rent.

Tenants in receipt of Universal Credit or Housing Benefits must still pay us the payments that have been made to you for your rent. You must also still make an effort to pay any top up of your rent owed.

Tenants can find out what benefits you are entitled to, or if your income has been reduced or stopped.

Gas safety Certificates are still been carried out and i will monitor this as we are taking each day as it comes.
