It is very important that you contact me if you are experiencing any financial difficulties regarding paying your rent. Tenants in receipt of Universal Credit or Housing Benefits must still pay us the payments that have been made to you for your rent. You must also still make an effort to pay any top up of your rent owed. Tenants can find out what benefits they are entitled to, or if income has been reduced or stopped at www.entitledto.co.uk
